In my Coaching practice, I work with executives at inflection points in their professional or personal lives, who are looking to gain clarity about their next steps. Through a process of deep personal learning, my coaching focuses on creating lasting behavioral change. Coaching is about behavioral change. It is a professional relationship that focuses on helping clients move through challenges and achieve their goals. As with other relationships, it is built on trust and mutual agreements. My coaching model, developed over 20 years of experience, is grounded in principles of adult learning, organizational behavior, power and politics in organizations, team and interpersonal dynamics, and leadership development.

As your coach, I hold you as the expert on yourself. My role is to facilitate a discovery process through which you will be able to overcome obstacles in a way that helps you achieve your goals. I do this by surfacing unproductive patterns of thinking and behavior and helping you expand your perspective and toolkit for dealing with leadership challenges. I will also offer suggestions based on my experience as an organizational consultant and executive educator.
